Transforming a global human resource service delivery operating model using Lean Six Sigma

The purpose of this study is to outline a transformation model that can help commercial enterprises design, develop and launch programme change within its global human resource (HR) operations function using the Six Sigma Define-Measure-Analyse-Design-Verify (DMADV) methodology. A qualitative approach single descriptive case DMADV methodology was chosen an iterative strategic roadmap enables HR transform current service delivery operating in line with organisational challenges. present results indicate design planning process, prioritised improvement initiatives enable management (HRM) functions scale their into future. Furthermore, flexibility means proposed may be applied any outside indeed interest private organisations seeking similar change.
